Set on the Pentire Peninsula, this property capitalises on its desirable position, with sweeping views over the headland and out to sea. A spacious open plan design lends a bright and airy atmosphere to the lounge, kitchen and dining room, with huge French doors opening out on to the fabulous balcony. Two generously sized bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for four, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite. There’s a family bathroom with walk-in shower ensuring all guests have the space they need, while the modern, well-equipped kitchen makes home cooking and entertaining a breeze.
Enjoy relaxing evenings lounging on the large sofas in the living room, or discuss the day’s plans over a cup of coffee on the balcony before heading to the beach for a day of rock pooling or sunbathing. The apartment is just a short distance from the coastal path as well as the Gannel Estuary so activity packed days of walking, canoeing, fishing or surfing are definitely the order of the day!

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning needed. This deposit will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas)

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Cleanliness - I gave a 3 out of 5 due to it could be a bit cleaner. There was quite a lot of dust around the property. The grouting in the shower in the main bathroom looks as it'll there is a little mould growing and there was smears along the mirrors. What I think would benefit is a window cleaner as the balcony glass was very hard to see through as you're sat down. Comfort - I gave a 5 out of 5 as the apartment is very comfortable. There are plenty of seats to lounge around and the beds are comfortable and I had great nights sleep. Condition - I gave a 5 out of 5 as everything was in great working order. The oven I couldn't work the bigger one on the left (the green light wouldnt turn on), but I think this was due to me, they do give you a manual on how to work if needed but I stuck to the smaller right hand side oven. Location - I gave a 5 out of 5 due to the apartment being in an amazing location. Just a few minutes walk and you're on Fistral Beach. Newquay Town centre is only a 10 minute walk with lots of cafes, shops, pubs and has amzing scenery overlooing the harbour and Porth beach. We always stay in Newquay as it is a good base to tour around Cornwall. Value for money - I gave a 5 out of 5 as it was worth the money we paid.

This was our 4th stay at The Vista we love the apartment and the location and had a great week. Bit disappointed that the tumble dryer was out of action and the clothes airer was also broken in a number of places, luckily it was only myself and my husband so the washing wasnt too much of a problem. The concern was that this had been brought to attention back in May when it was reported but nothing had been done about it a month later and we werent informed. Another disappointment is the lack of a small welcome hamper with local grocery items such as bread, butter, cheese etc which would be really appreciated by guests especially due to the cost of the apartment. Just a thought!

Great stay in a lovely apartment

My wife and I had an excellent week at No4 the vista with our black Labrador Poppy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Only slight downside was that the balcony faces north so was in shade practically all day but the marvellous view did make up for this.
