Using a higher proportion of triple distilled malt, and combining it with a lighter grain, Bushmills Black Bush is a smooth Irish blend that’s justifiably popular. The malt component has been matured in ex-Oloroso sherry casks for nearly a decade, which has resulted in a rich and intense dram. This is a well-rounded Irish whiskey that’s full of sweetness, fruit, and Christmas spice.
