Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: ripe tropical fruit notes and banana, with a wisp of peat and sweet vanilla.
Palate: coastal with notes of salty iodine and wood smoke, giving way to sweeter flavours of mango, candied ginger and dried fruits.
Finish: peat smoke, lingering sugary sweetness and citrus.
