Delivery & Shipping

When will I receive my first box?

For all recurring subscribers, each Pour & Sip box is despatched on the first week of the month. We always ship next day delivery, but it can take 3-5 working days to be delivered, depending on where you are. For new subscribers, welcome to Pour & Sip. If you sign up before the 19th of the month your box will be shipped right away, and you will be receiving the current month's subscription box. If you sign up on the 19th or later, you will be shipped next month's box on the first week of the following month.

Where do you ship from and how long will it take to arrive?

We ship from our Pour & Sip HQ in Kent, UK! We use next day delivery service but deliveries can take 3-5 working days, depending on whereabouts you are. 

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we can only ship to the UK. But we hope to be able to reach whisky fans further afield in the near future!

Do I need to pay for delivery?

Nope! We offer free shipping to all our members. Simple!

Do I need to be in and sign for delivery?

Yes! You’ll need to make sure someone is about for our Pour & Sip deliveries. But don’t worry – we’ll drop you an email each time your box is shipped, so you can keep an eye out.

What happens if I am not in when you deliver?

We’ll send you an email with delivery details as soon as your Pour & Sip box is despatched. This means you can monitor the delivery, and rearrange if you need to. We’ll give you the carrier’s contact details on our despatch email in case you miss your box, and if you need any help, we are always here to assist on +44 (0) 1892 267 700 or cs@pourandsip.com.

Can I update my delivery address?

Of course, just make sure you do it before the payment is taken, which happens on the 27th of every month! Just log in to your account and head to the ‘Shipping Address’ tab. Updates are easy. 

How can I track my delivery?

As soon as your Pour & Sip box has left our warehouse, you’ll get an email with delivery information. You’ll be able to keep a watchful eye on your box as it makes its way to you!

Which delivery company do you use?

Evri is our main carrier, followed by DPD and Parcel Force.

There’s a problem with my delivery! Who do I contact?

We’re so sorry there’s a problem! Our expert customer service team is here to help, and there are lots of ways to get in touch. Our telephone number is +44 (0) 1892 267 700, our email cs@pourandsip.com and you are also able to reach us on social media @PourandSipClub. Rest assured, we’ll be on the case ASAP! 

Can you ship to the Channel Islands?

Yes - however, as you may be aware, goods shipped into the Channel Islands may be subject to customs charges and local duty upon arrival. Customs will contact the recipient directly and they'll let them know what charges are due and how they will need to pay. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and we can't be held liable for them. We're so sorry for the hassle and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
