Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: peaty with dates, Manuka honey, liquorice and heather.
Palate: sweet baked pears and chestnuts with vanilla, salted toffee, black pepper and a touch of tar.
Finish: peppery with cedar wood and peat notes lingering.
