You do not have to be a surfer to appreciate the famous Fistral Beach in Newquay. There is something magical about this part of Cornwall, and The Beach House epitomises that surf lifestyle perfectly.
Combining a laid back feel with luxurious living, the house has a large private balcony overlooking the sea so guests get to watch the sun set over the Atlantic in spectacular style.
The home has been designed with the beach goer in mind so there is a hot outside shower to rinse that beach sand and salt off under, as well as a covered store for buckets, spades, wetsuits and surfboards.
Underfloor heating keeps the house warm and cosy with large leather sofas in the living room and a modern kitchen to entertain in.
The house sleeps eight guests with the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £125 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Pets: 2 Pets are allowed, If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.
If you need to add a dog to your booking, you can do so in the ‘Booking Extras’ tab.

Linen: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests; however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking, and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
