Positioned on the second floor and with wonderful sea views, there's a balcony for taking in the ever-changing moods of the sky and water as well as two lovely bedrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

A large entrance hall welcomes guests inside where a coast-inspired colour palette of whites and blues as well as lavish accents of brass and leather lend a breathy, away-from-it-all quality to the home. Glazed French doors invite the sea air in, with the sound of waves on the beach below creating an ambient soundtrack for lazy mornings spent relaxing on the patio; perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening G&T. In the living room, a sumptuous sofa and large-screen TV (complete with Netflix and Sky Stream with Sports, Disney Plus, Paramount Plus, Cinema and SkyKids) combine to create a dreamy place for winding down in after sun-splashed days on the beach or in the water, while both the apartment's inviting bedrooms offer superior mattresses and crisp linen to ensure that sleep is both deep and comfortable. A second set of French doors leading out to the balcony can be found in the master bedroom and along with its super en-suite bathroom and king size bed, its the perfect place for couples and parents in need of their own private sanctuaries.

Adding to the apartment's repertoire of fabulous space, a gorgeous kitchen with its array of appliances and vast amounts of worktop lends itself beautifully to home cooking while the breakfast nook and seating invites convivial mornings discussing the day's plans over eggs and bacon. Two luxury bathrooms; a family with a large walk-in shower and the en-suite with its bathtub and shower over, are ideal for four guests, so there's no waiting in line for post-beach de-sanding or a pre-dinner freshen up.

Outside to the front of the building, there’s a communal garden to enjoy, and the apartment comes with its own parking which is an absolute bonus. Just a few minutes’ walk away, guests are able to hop aboard the little train on the St Erth line which journeys scenically to St Ives. Here, a host of lovely eating out options are on offer as well as the town’s culture-crammed shops, pretty harbour and iconic Tate art museum.
