Delivery is FREE to the majority of UK mainland postcodes. For all fencing and decking orders, we offer FREE delivery for all orders over £100 (£24.99 for orders under £100). To check you qualify for Choose Your Delivery Day, please use the postcode checker above or within checkout to check delivery is available to your area. If a delivery day is not specified, we will contact you to arrange one.

Choose Your Delivery Day is NOT available for CO, CT, EX, IP, ME, NR, PL, TN, TQ, TR and Scottish postcodes. Here, delivery is 2-3 Weeks from the order date.

A delivery surcharge applies to the following postcodes:  £19.99 - BH, BN, CT, PO1-22, SO31,40-45, TN.  £29.99 - DT3-9.  £39.99 - SA, TA.  £59.99 - DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KY, PL, ML, TD, TQ, TR1-20,26-27.  £69.99 - KA1-26,29-30, PA1-38, PH1-40,49-50.  £79.99 - AB.  £99.99 - IV1-40,63-99, KW1-14.

We aim to deliver within the advertised lead-time however for the postcodes listed above it can take up to 5-10 days extra.

Please note that delivery is NOT available to Northern Ireland (BT1-99), the Channel Islands (GY1-9 and JE1-5), Isle of Wight (PO30-41,49), Isle of Man (IM1-9), Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) and Scottish Islands (HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, PA41-80, PH41-44, KW15-17).

Two days before delivery, you will receive a 4-hour time slot via text message. You are able to respond to this text and we welcome any helpful delivery instructions to ensure a successful delivery. Then, on the morning of delivery, you will receive a 2-hour ETA via email. This includes a link to track your driver’s progress.

Upon arrival, the friendly driver will deliver your order to a place of your choice - as long as it is a reasonable request and it is safe to do so - within your garden. Please ensure they have unrestricted access, which does not involve passing through your home or garage. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an un-safe location. All product packaging will be removed and taken away with the driver!

A delivery surcharge of £49.99 is applicable to the following Scottish postcodes: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KW, KA, KY, ML, PA, PH and TD.

The Delivery Process

If you haven't already selected your delivery day in checkout, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. If you provide us with a mobile number, we can confirm the day before delivery if your delivery will be morning or afternoon.

Our drivers can leave your delivery in a safe place, please indicate this when selecting your delivery. It is important that the drivers have suitable access and no restrictions. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an un-safe location. Unfortunately, we will not be able to go through your property.

Other than our fence panels (which are delivered fully constructed), all of our products are delivered flat packed, direct to your home and are supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.
