Spindrift is made for bucket and spade days with one of Cornwall’s most picturesque stretches of sand just a short walk from your front door. Little ones can play in the shallows whilst surf lovers can spend hours in the water, or simply spend a relaxing day soaking up the sun. Praa Sands is dog friendly in the quieter months and with the South West Coast Path nearby, your four-legged friend will be treated to some of the most scenic walks in Cornwall.

Was not luxury and villa was smaller then expected but great location

Location was great but for 6 people the space was small and for the price paid it id not have any luxury feel about the property and no one came to meet us at the villa till the last day when the owner came to do some maintenance work outside. Views of the beach was great and outside space was good. Baby cote provided was just a play pan. Had no shampoos or shower gels provided we had to go and by our own. Oven was not cleaned when we arrived. And the villa needs a redecoration and updating. It also did not have bathroom cleaners.

The property is self-catering and self- check-in, which is why we do not provide shampoo or shower gel and there is not anyone there for your arrival. The property is deep cleaned before every arrival, therefore guests to not need to be disturbed during their holiday unless there are any problems. The 3 bed house is cosy and has the basic essentials. ItÂ’s a bit tired but you just cannot beat the location. A 5 minute stroll to a dog-friendly surfing beach, on the windy side, with a great bar that also sells food. Great cliff walk and within a 10 minute drive to Portleven for fantastic restaurants. The spa is an extra special treat, again itÂ’s basic, only small jets, but to sit on the deck in the hot tub and look down on the sea is priceless. No feather pillows or duvets but mattresses not as bad as some places. No fans either

Beautiful location with great vistas . Lovely house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and the views are amazing. The owner, Andrew, was really friendly and his local knowledge of places to visit and eat was really helpful, we had some adventures off the tourist grid to some stunning beaches. Towels were provided for the hot tub which was a great place to chill after a day walking along the coastal paths. The local beach bar was lovely (they donÂ’t do food on a Friday evening), stunning beach with a lifeguard station, great watching the surfers and groups of cold water swimmers. Sharp turn up to the house but mastered the manoeuvre very quickly. We would defo stay again, thank you for a wonderful stay!
