The leisure room and the store measure 13'x11' and 13'x4' respectively. Both the floor and roof are made from 16mm tongue and groove boarding, and the floor joists are manufactured from pressure treated timber. The fully glazed double door is 1.74m (5'8) high x 1.50m (5') wide, whereas the independent single store door width is 0.68m (2'3). Both the doors and windows have fitted draft seals. . Good quality locks and hinges are also included.
The front roof overhang is 0.40m (1'4) in depth. Roofing felt is included in the price (option to upgrade to felt tiles). A professional assembly service option is available for this model, on condition that the customer provides a flat, level and square concrete or paved base. Delivered palletised in a loose component true-log form (not sectional) by National Carriers. Front driveway delivery only.
Note: This log cabin is delivered untreated and requires the customer to apply a good quality preservative to the external timber surfaces immediately after installation.
