  • How much notice do service provider need on my way from / to Airport?
  • On your way to Heathrow you only need call us once and give 30 minutes’ notice of your expected arrival time and we will instruct you were to meet at our meeting point just next to the terminal.On your return simply call us and confirm your arrival and we will deliver your car to our designated meeting point near terminal.
  • How far will my vehicle be driven?
  • Your car is driven directly to / from our compound which is less than 1 mile from Heathrow. In the event of busy periods we might move your car from one compound to our secure long term compound.
  • Is your chauffeur fully qualified / insured?
  • All our chauffeurs have held a full clean UK driving licence and have jockey insurance.
  • How safe will my car be?
  • Security of your car is of paramount importance. Whilst your vehicle is in our care it will remain in our secure compound but at the busy period we might move your car from one compound to our secure long term compound.
  • What happens after I have made my booking?
  • You will receive an on screen confirmation and we will also send you a confirmation email including your unique booking reference number and instructions. This will follow within 10 minutes of your payment. Also, After sucessful payment you can print your booking confirmation from your booking mangement area. If you donot recieve the booking confirmation in 10 minutes or the payment status is not Unpaid on your login, please call us 0208 22604707 or email us at [email protected] after office hours.
  • How is my stay calculated?
  • Pre booked Parking is charged per day even if you have unused some of that day. All prices shown are in GBP and include all relevant taxes and card charges.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
  • At least 48 hours’ notice from booking start date is required in order to cancel (please refer to terms and condition for more details). Valid cancelled booking are suject to £20.00 cancellation charge from parking price.Booking fee and add extras are non refundable. Please email us at [email protected] along with your booking reference. Cancellation requests will be processed and are valid during office hours only.
  • How long you will take to refund my booking fee?
  • Within 10-12 working days you will see the fund in your account.
  • My vehicle details have changed what I do?
  • You can update/amend your vehicle details free of charge up to 12 hours before your parking commences, by login in to your account and you will receive amended booking confirmation by email. You can also contact car park operator / service provider to change details . the number will be on your booking confirmation under car park details.
  • What payment methods are accepted for pre booking?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Maestro (Switch), Diners Club, Electron and Solo and PayPal. Please email us at [email protected] immediately if payment is unsuccuessfull in first attempt or call us on 0208 2264707 Monday to Friday. 
  • When should I book my airport parking?
  • We suggest that you book as soon as you know your travel dates as this will ensure that a space is reserved for you at our cheapest available price.
  • How late can I make a booking?
  • We can accept a booking online 1 hour before your departure, and if we have availability you can pay on the day. But we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure a space is reserved for you. If you are already at the terminal and you are looking for parking then simply call our booking hotline and we will pick up your car in 20 minutes from any terminal at Heathrow Airport. Subject to last-minute parking accommodation fees.
  • Can I pay on the day?
  • Yes - subject to space being available.
  • If I book, does this guarantee my space at the car park?
  • Yes - our website will only display available parking spaces, so you can be assured when you book we have reserved your space.
  • What if I return later than the booking?
  • You will need to pay for the additional days which will be £15 per day, which will be payable to the driver on your return. If you are aware of a change in dates before you leave you should contact us and let us know to avoid any delay in return your vehicle. If you are failure to inform us it may cause delayed for your car to be deliver. If you are delayed on holiday you should notify us by email and this will limit any delay on your return.
  • What is Airport access (Levy) Fee?
  • A number of UK airports now charge Meet & Greet parking operators a licence fee to operate on their own grounds. This ensures that only the best operators are approved to pick up and drop off your vehicles directly outside the terminal buildings or forecourts and designated collection area within the short stay car parks, meeting points are varies from terminal to terminal.

    The cost of this levy varies from airport to airport.
