Mayflower Court is ideally located just a few minutes level walk from the heart of Dartmouth, a unique town and the jewel of the South Hams. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its branching estuary and rolling countryside, Dartmouth is as relaxing as it is intriguing, with flights of winding steps, narrow streets, medieval buildings and a long, picturesque embankment. The town offers gourmet restaurants, ancient bars, lively cafés, boutiques and specialist shops. Sail, fish, go crabbing, explore on foot or by boat, visit during the Music Festival, the Regatta or the Food Festival, there is something for everyone at every time of year; Dartmouth is truly a town for all seasons, with many visitors returning again and again.

Short breaks can be booked throughout January, February, November and December (excluding Christmas and New Year).  Please call Toad Hall Cottages to book.

“Exceptionally well equipped and presented apartment. Convenient to everything to make an enjoyable holiday.”

“Sunrise sitting in the window chairs “Pure Delight” watching the world go by. . .”

“Had a lovely stay and want to come back again soon.”

No 7 provides very comfortable, tasteful accommodation accessed via steps up to a communal lobby and well-kept stairs to the first floor. Front door into the apartment and hallway with coat hooks. The split level living room has fantastic views over the River Dart through a large picture window, solid oak flooring, comfortable sofa, two poang chairs, 32” flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD player, stereo radio, oak coffee table and dining table to seat 4. The kitchen is well equipped including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven and microwave. The new bathroom has a bath, separate walk in shower, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, fan heater and shaver point. The two bedrooms both have pine beds and pine furniture including full length wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double bedroom has a 5ft bed and, like the living room, a raised seating area with wonderful views of the river. The twin bedroom has 3ft beds and full length mirror.

To the rear of the apartment block is an enclosed private courtyard with a single parking space for each flat. The fire escape leads from the parking area to the kitchen door.

Steeped in maritime history, Dartmouth lies at the mouth of the majestic River Dart. This bustling waterfront town is overlooked by the famous and somewhat imposing Britannia Royal Naval College, just one hint at the town’s historic and strategic importance. Look around and you’ll notice old fortifications on both sides of the river. Bayards Cove Fort, dating from Tudor times is easy to access just a short stroll from the shops, or you can take the passenger ferry up to Dartmouth Castle, which has guarded the narrow entrance to the port for over 600 years, and then walk along the stunning South West Coast Path towards Stoke Fleming and Strete.

Central to Dartmouth is the “boat float”. From here, take time to explore the picturesque network of streets and alleys with their abundance of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. For art lovers, there are numerous galleries and you may even spot the famous artist, Simon Drew, at work. For a hearty brunch, see if you can squeeze onto a shared table in the bustling Café Alf Resco or for a more continental feel, sample the delights of Saveurs French bakery.

Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or a total novice, a simple must for every visitor is to take to the water. Sailing, kayaking or hopping on a passenger ferry to nearby Totnes, Dittisham or Greenway (once a home of Agatha Christie) will allow you to enjoy this truly idyllic stretch of river. Keep an eye out for wildlife on the way as you may be lucky enough to be accompanied by a friendly seal!

If you’re looking for a day out on the beach, drive along the truly breathtaking coast road to nearby Blackpool Sands (no dogs in high season) and on to Torcross at Slapton Sands, a three and a half mile stretch of beach with a neighbouring freshwater nature reserve, Slapton Ley, which is a haven for bird watchers.

From Dartmouth, you can cross the water to neighbouring Kingswear to walk the Dart Valley Trail towards Greenway, catch the steam railway or take the higher car ferry across for a family day out at Paignton Zoo or Torquay's Living Coasts.

Dartmouth itself literally heaves at the seams during Dartmouth Regatta in late August, but there is also plenty to keep you entertained throughout the rest of the year. And if you prefer simple pleasures, the embankment provides the perfect spot for crabbing. All you need is a bucket, line, net and some bait and it won’t be long before you hear squeals of delight from the whole family!

Picturesque Dartmouth is the ideal holiday cottage location for couples or families looking to enjoy all this lovely coastal town has to offer as soon as they walk out their front door.

Enclosed private parking at the rear of the property for one small to medium sized car only.

  • Included: Bed linen, bath and hand towels (no beach towels), tea towels and kitchen towel, Wi-Fi, heating (night storage and convector heaters) and electricity.
  • Telephone: No telephone but mobile reception good.
  • Local Facilities: Dartmouth Golf and Country Club, 4 miles. Guests are entitled to a 25% discount on the green and leisure facilities.
  • Beach: Blackpool Sands 3 miles. Shops, pubs, restaurants and the river embankment a minute’s stroll away. Marks and Spencer’s “Simply Food”, Mayors Avenue Garden and Coronation Park are only 100 metres away and there is a large Sainsbury’s on the outskirts of Dartmouth.

March 2018

We were a party of eight visiting for an evening meal . We booked beforehand and were greeted immediately upon arrival and shown to our table upstairs . The waitress was pleasant and the restaurant was clean, fresh and had a warm friendly atmosphere . We are a picky bunch , but nothing was too much trouble and our waitress ran backwards and forwards to relay information from the kitchen to us . Having made decisions , and ordered we didn't have to wait long . The food arrived quickly , was hot , well presented , and plenty of it . Our waitress checked on us regularly . The food was tasty , fresh and filling , we had steaks , fish pies , pork , fish and chips , a good selection and everyone was happy . We would definitely eat here again . We loved the furnishings , especially the amazing dragons, one of our party was a seven year old little girl who thoroughly enjoyed going on a dragon hunt .

We used the Picnic Boat in 2017 - and absolutley loved it. However - please be aware that it has since sadly gone out of business (as has Kevin's excellent shop/cafe in the market, Dart to Mouth) - so probably best to remove this from your website

Blackpool Sands
Blackpool Sands
(3 miles)

(35)

Between Dartmouth and Slapton, Blackpool Sands is a beautiful shingle bay on the South West Coast Path, surrounded by evergreens and pine trees. It really is a treasure of a beach to visit while you’re in the area. Award-winning, the privately owned, blue flag beach boasts a sense of being in the Mediterranean on a good day in the summer, although a good jumper never goes amiss in this part of the world! You will no doubt not be surprised to hear that it is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, however it also boasts ample facilities and things to do. There are showers, toilets and disabled facilities, as well as paddle board, kayak and wetsuit hire available for those wishing to earn their visit to The Venus Beach Café, where light bites and refreshments are served. The Venus Shop also sells all the bits and pieces you might want for fun and games on the beach if you have forgotten them or are in need of extra buckets and spades. The water at Blackpool Sands is known for being clean and clear and tested by the Environment Agency, and lifeguards are on hand in the summer (July to September) so there’s every reason to pop in for a dip. However, dogs are not allowed on the beach in the high season (12th March to 30th October) so keep the walking for the cooler months. There is parking available at the beach with seasonal charges, and you can find out more information on those from the Blackpool Sands information line on 01803 771800. This beach is easy to get to and quite literally fun and games for the whole family, as well as a beautiful place to visit at any time of the year to take in the view!

July 2023

Looks a lovely beach but unfortunately no dogs allowed at all

June 2023

Visited Blackpool sands on our honeymoon 27 years ago and have enjoyed it on both occasions. A lovely clean beach with a very nice restaurant/cafe. We walked to the beach and got the local bus back up to Stoke Fleming.

May 2023

we love this beach always clean good parking clean facilities and good cafe.

September 2022

We did go to this beach, couldn’t go in the sea as it was so rough, was beautiful though. No sand, but still very nice.

September 2022

Beautiful beach; very blue water. It’s more a pebbly rather than a sandy beach, love it all the same. It’s clean and there are lifeguards in the summer months which is when we visited. The toilets were clean and not far from the beach; no queues for the toilet either. Parking can be a bit pricey at £9 for the whole day of you come in the morning but didn’t mind it. You pay less though if you come in the afternoon. The is a little sandpit area for a any kids who want to play in sand

September 2022

It is a really beautiful beach although, despite its name, it is not a sandy beach, however our son and grandson were keen on paddle boarding. They made a special visit for this and were told that the paddleboard facilities were closed but to come the following day when the facilities were still closed! Considering that this was during the height of the holiday season, my son was a bit put out having made two wasted trips.

August 2022

A lovely beach, stunning veiw as you drive down towards it. Very clean with clear water.

August 2022

Lovely clean beach although very quiet. There was a small charge for parking.

April 2022

November 2021

very clean beach and gorgeous setting. good that it didn't allow dogs.

September 2021

September 2021

No sand! Very clean and scenic, but very disappointing if you want to run around on sand

August 2021

Lovely pretty beach with good facilities.

June 2021

Very large shingle beach, charges for parking at a set fee no matter how long your visit. Can pay by card for parking as well as cash.

May 2021

Great beach

November 2020

Lovely sandy beach. Parked here (£2) whilst doing a circular walk and then returned for a walk along the beach.

November 2020

Dogs allowed on beach out of season, a bracing walk with coffee and millionaire shortbread at the cafe to finish.

October 2020

Great beach really beautiful , even in the rain, as the Venus café is right on the beach and is warm, dry and serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices.

October 2019

One of our favourite beaches, in a beautiful setting. Plenty of car parking and plenty of room on the beach, even on a busy day. The sea is clean and clear and the facilities are excellent (nice to have changing rooms). Thoroughly recommend this beach.

October 2019

Beautiful stretch of shingle beach nestled between steep hills at either end. Excellent facilities including one of the best beach cafes we've ever visited.

September 2019

We had a wonderful day at Blackpool sands. A shingle beach within a lovely cove, it was clean and felt safe for the children to swim in the water (which was also sparkling). The beach is privately run, so the carpark fee was a bit stiff (£8 for the day), however the upside of this was a beautifully clean beach with lots of amenities, including rental of SUPs and other water equipment, a great cafe, and really clean loos. On a busy day you would need to arrive before lunchtime, or the carpark will shut, but this also means that the beach didn't feel crowded at all.

September 2019

Parking charge between £3 - £8 depending on time of year, Also food good but e.g. Hawaiian Prawns (£9) consisted of 5 prawns. Not good value for money.

October 2018

Lovely beach, not sandy but the stones are okay. Good food, beverages, coast guards, Nice view and not so cowded

August 2018

Lovely clean beach in super location along coastal road. Great place to visit.

May 2018

Beautiful clean beach with excellent facilities.Clean toilets lovely cafe and shop.Lifeguard on the beach. No dogs allowed.Plenty of parking. We enjoyed rock pooling at the far end of the beach. The owner does a great job.You can also visit Blackpool Sands garden but we did not have time. Also a juggler was there on the day we went great fun for everyone.

August 2017

Beautiful location but shame it a shingle beach and not sandy. Also very disappointed with the £8 fee to park the car .

August 2017

Perfect venue for a sunny day! Secluded beach which is clean and tidy, with a cafe, snack bar and shop, beach equipment hire too

July 2017

The cost of the parking steep

June 2017

Our family 's favourite beach

June 2017

Stunning beach, and you can get takeaway cream tea from the cafe to have on the beach!!

May 2017

Elberry Cove
(4 miles)

(1)

Far from the bustling crowds of Paignton and Brixham’s bigger beaches, this small pebbly cove is a truly relaxing spot. The calm waters are great for swimming and are said to have been one of Agatha Christie’s favourite bathing spots. Elberry Cove even features in one of her crime thriller novels, The ABC Murders. This picture-perfect cove, surrounded by sloping wooded hillsides and crystal clear water, can only be accessed by the coast path, with the nearest carpark at Broadsands Beach. From here, it is only a 10 - 15 minute walk, but make sure to pack a picnic or grab a bite to eat at Broadsands Beach before you set off, as there aren’t any facilities at here. Dogs are welcome on the beach throughout the year.

Lovely quieter beach, dog and BBQ friendly. We had teens that hired kayaks from nearby Broadsands beach and paddled around the coast to meet us. Very accomodating kayak hire and not too expensive.

August 2018

Broadsands Beach
(4 miles)

In between Brixham and Paignton, this long, sandy beach is a popular spot with families, thanks to its sheltered waters, year-round facilities and easy parking. The Blue Flag beach is perfect for making sandcastles and searching for wildlife in the rockpools. There are toilets, and two places to get ice creams, coffees and soft drinks. What’s more, the car park is right by the beach, so there’s no need to lug your provisions a long way. Behind the pretty row of colourful beach huts, there’s a large grassy area, so don’t forget to pack a ball or rounders bat to keep the whole family entertained. Broadsands Beach is a popular dog walking spot throughout autumn and winter, but there is a seasonal dog ban during the summer months (1st May - 30th September).

St Mary's Bay
(4 miles)

The decent to St Mary’s Bay is one of the best views in Brixham, with panoramic views of the English Riviera. This beautiful, unspoilt beach has a carpark nearby, but we recommend walking there to make the most of the stunning surroundings. The sandy and shingle beach is sheltered by steep cliffs on either side, which means the decent to the beach isn’t easy, especially for those with mobility disabilities. There are no facilities at the beach, but visitors can take the coast path north to Berry Head Nature Reserve, where there is a great café and toilets, as well as stunning coastal views. Dogs are welcome all year, making St Mary’s Bay a great place to take a well-earned rest on your dog walk.

Churston Cove
(5 miles)

If you’re willing to venture off the beaten track, you’ll discover one of Brixham’s hidden gems, Churston Cove. Surrounded by sloping wooded hillsides, this beautiful little cove isn’t the easiest to get to, which makes it an idyllic, peaceful place to while away the day. The crystal clear water is safe for kids to paddle and play in, and is a popular swimming spot. Parking is available at Freshwater carpark, a 15-minute walk away. There are no toilet facilities or cafes, and the beach is accessed via a long, steep path, which is uneven in places, but this beautiful little cove is worth the effort. Churston Cove is dog-friendly all year round.

Great thanks

December 2023

Our third visit to no. 7 and as always the place was immaculately clean and the flat had everything we could want.

November 2023

Another very enjoyable stay in No 7 Mayflower Court with amazing views over the river. This is a very well equipped apartment which does not disappoint.

November 2023

Just the TV. Our family were in 6 and 11 and their TVs were ok so it's not impossible as expressed in the flat book.

October 2023

Very enjoyable stay, terrific views. Very comfortable.

September 2023

Lovely friendly town with lots of independent shops.

September 2023

Very much thank you

September 2023

This is our seventh stay at 7 Mayflower Court. It is always spotlessly clean (thanks to Rose) and the location is fabulous overlooking the river! We enjoyed every minute and are ready to book our eight stay. Thank you to everyone!

August 2023

We've stayed in the apartment several times. It's perfect in pretty much every way.

June 2023

Great stay (with friends ..a couple)...immaculate....plenty of room with super views and light and airy....well equipped and all facilities within easy walking distance including M & S and several pubs with super harbour/river side walks, etc

May 2023

Fabulous stay , been to this flat 2/3 times . Beautifully clean . Definitely small / med car in car park . It’s tight as cars get larger.

April 2023

Bathroom chrome work was not very clean ie radiator and taps. Mirrors were smeary. We had a lovely time and the flowers were a nice touch.

November 2022

We had a fab third stay with our granddaughters . Even they said it was like coming home ! Sofa has been replaced which was great . Location , equipment cleanliness perfect .

October 2022

First Class have already booked for next year

October 2022

Lovely clean flat (thanks to Rose and her team), amazing views and ideal central location.

September 2022

We enjoyed our stay very much

August 2022

Parking was difficult at times but it was at a busy time of the year and I couldn't think of anything that could be done to improve this

August 2022

Over the years we have always enjoyed our stay in Mayflower but this time it wasn’t quite as excellent as usual, just a few gripes about apartment this time. We will hopefully be back but maybe not a No7.

August 2022

On the whole very clean, some areas may be starting to look a bit tired, such as carpets that have high tread eg bedroom doorways.

July 2022

Very nice indeed

July 2022

Very enjoyable stay in Dartmouth, apartment in great location with superb river views. Only issue is the parking is mainly suitable for a small car, but managed using the road outside, which had unrestricted parking in evening / night.

July 2022

It should be stressed even more clearly that car parking is difficult and that careful parking, respecting others is required. If possible the car parking area should be reallocated to improve a very difficult layout.

June 2022

Great view of river changes every day first class

June 2022

Have stayed here many times as conveniently located for our comfort. .Parking at rear very challenging.

May 2022

Our fifth year in Dartmouth at no 7 Mayflower Court. Great things to do - the steam train and Agatha Christies House Good places to eat - Kendricks The Royal Hotel Banyards Cove Inn

May 2022

Second time we have stayed at this apartment. Looking at dates for next year.

May 2022

This flat is absolutely fantastic, beautifully decorated and appointed. Immaculately clean. Fabulous views out of the window of the estuary. Only drawback was very steep stairs, especially access using fire escape stairs to access the back entrance. Apart from that, sheer perfection.

April 2022

Very much enjoyed our stay. We were pleased the exterior maintenance work had been completed before we arrived.

April 2022

Fabulous location & flat. We’ve been to this property with you many times, with cars getting bigger, the carpark is very tricky at times.

April 2022

Great stay enhanced by the warm sunny weather. Perfect location.

December 2021

A very comfortable, beautifully appointed flat. We plan to visit again.

September 2021

Fantastic accommodation , my 2 mind stay at Mayflower & would stay again sometime in the future

August 2021

Top marks to the cleaning team, it was lovely and clean, and thanks for the welcome tea, coffee, cake & flowers. Parking was rather tight, but nice to leave the car and do some local exploring for a few days. As well as the recommendations in the visitor book we used for eating out: Kendricks, Bayards cove Inn, Bunned, The Ship In the Dock Inn, Days Out: River Cruise, House of Marbles, Bus to Totnes & Ferry Return, Train to Paignton. Blackpool sands (beach).

July 2021

Views from apartment lovely. Very convenient for shops and trips out.

July 2021

The location was beautiful, and so was the view from the apartment. The shops were easy to access. The apartment had all the facilities I needed to use. Only one thing, was not well organised, and that is the recycling. There was no bins, to recycle. Something to consider in the future.

July 2021

Flat was spotlessly Clean thankyou Rose ?

May 2021

7 Mayflower is an excellent place for a break even when the weather is poor as the view is beautiful and interesting all the time, and it is very easy to get out for a walk/ferry ride if the sun breaks through. We enjoyed the walk to Dartmouth Castle and the cute cafe several times, even in the rain, and the little walk from there up to Gallants Bower led to a carpet of bluebells and orchids....May is a great month for wild flowers . Salcombe is a lovely place for a day out as the ferry to South sands leads to a wonderful cliff walk to Starehole Bay and Bolt Head.

May 2021

Enjoyed our stay very much, lovely property, great location and very well equipped for self catering. Exceptionally clean on arrival.

October 2020

The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean. We can recommend The Floating Bridge, The Seven Stars and The George and Dragon as very good places to eat. The people of Dartmouth are so friendly, it was a really lovely time. We will be back .

September 2020

We enjoyed our stay in Dartmouth, it is a lovely town. Salcombe also worth a visit. However, Paignton & Torquay were very down market and disappointing. The river cruise to Dittisham and back was good, the steam train ride was OK but the destination of Paignton was not and we came back early. Parking spaces at the rear of the apartment are VERY tight unless you have a Smart car!

August 2020

Main bed mattress is inadequate. Location of flat and view onto the estuary is ideal.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at 7 Mayflower Court and enjoyed the fantastic views and location! Sorry to hear that the mattress was not to your preference but thank you for your valuable feedback which we will pass on to the owners. We hope to welcome you back to 7 Mayflower Court soon!

October 2019

We found the property to be as comfortable as on our numerous previous holidays.

October 2019

Excellent. Family holiday parents & brother stayed in no 6. Wonderful appartment. Loved Dartmouth. Very nice touch, tea, coffee, milk & cake. Wonderful holiday. Needed repair to door & was promptly dealt with by Toad cottages & owner. Couldn’t fault anything. All great.

September 2019

Yes we enjoyed our stay immensely, the views were fantastic and so handy for everything.

July 2019

really enjoyed our stay

June 2019

Having stayed in this block my times the view of the river makes this the best place to stay. If it rains there is all ways something going on , on the river. Thanks for a super place.

April 2019

We enjoyed our stay very much. We can recommend visiting Greenway and Coleton Fishacre and the Round Robin trip from Dartmouth was good too. There are several good restaurants and cafes nearby but we particularly enjoyed the Seahorse - there was a very good 3-course lunch menu for £20 which was served until 7 pm.

December 2018

The owner went the extra mile and provided a mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable, it was very much appreciated!

November 2018

Yes, very much. It is an excellent apartment in a great location. It is the third week we have spent there this year and many more stays previously.

October 2018

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend Rockfish and The Floating Bridge for eating out but do book to avoid disappointment.

October 2018

We have again had a lovely holiday....thankyou

September 2018

First time in No 7 having stayed many times in No. 6. Everything nicely presented and very clean. As ever Rose was very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, fpr the first time there were very noisy residents in No. 9. Very heavy footed and didn't appear to sit down until the early hours!! Nothing you could have done about that - it's the luck of the draw. Some people do not think about sound transference if they have not lived in a flat! Hopefully, I will be back next year. Thank you.

July 2018

Every thing was of the usual high standard-house keeper Rose does a great job , and it is a great pleasure to walk in to very clean & tidy apartment complete with a welcome tray-please pass on these comments to her.

June 2018

Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What made it more enjoyable was the provision of tea/coffee/milk and a lovely cake and flowers. This was a very nice gesture which we both appreciated. Also there was a pair of binoculars in the apartment which came in very useful. The views from the windows over the River Dart were exceptional. All in all a very lovely time was had by us both.

May 2018

We had a very good holiday, and the accommodation was very good....the disadvantages of the noisy road and iron staircase and cramped parking were all expected, so didn't detract from the week.

May 2018

We found everything first class and hope to visit this property again in the future.

April 2018

Because of the careless nature of other guests' parking in what are rather snugly-grouped parking spaces, we grazed the side of our car trying to get out one morning. Whilst the car parking spaces may be big enough for medium cars (just), the manoeuvring one has to do to get into some of them when other cars are parked there is extremely challenging !!

April 2018

We have stayed at No. 7 many times in the past and twice this year so far. It is always spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition when we arrive. Location and views cannot be beaten.

March 2018

Weather is always a factor which delayed our arrival, but three days were great

March 2018

Lovely apartment with a fabulous outlook. Tastefully furnished with attention to detail which made it feel very homely. Worth knowing that there is a hairdryer, which isn't mentioned in the information. We enjoyed our week - other than being joined by the 'beast from the east', which did rather limit our days out. Good excuse to return in better weather!

February 2018

Fantastic break, will be returning! Thank you Toad Hall.

January 2018

We have stayed at No; 7 on many occasions and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to make a return visit later in the year.

December 2017

The property review scale does not work and all the points are stuck on 'Excellent' but that is ok as I would have put it there anyway!! As always, we enjoyed our stay at number 7. I did contact you this time regarding us wishing a third person to stay for a couple of days and you acknowledged that. Unfortunately this did not seem to be conveyed to the caretaker as there wasn't a third set of towels; however, our relative was not able to join us in the end after all so everthing was ok. I just thought I would mention it so you can make sure that on another occasion the message gets through. Thank you for the otherwise excellent service.

October 2017

After our last visit we recommended the flat to two other couples -both couples stayed this year and really enjoyed the flat especially one couple who spent longer inside as they were very unfortunate with the weather.!!

May 2017

We loved our stay and very much hope we will be back.

April 2017

The cake,tea,coffee and milk,were a pleasant surprise.

Glad you liked them! You're welcome.

March 2017

WE had another EXCELLENT holiday - We met Mr.BROWN --(he was staying in his property next door for a few days)and again he apologised for the noise disruption from the carpet laying operation in the flat above--(the owner of that flat also made a point of apologising))--all very friendly and civilised!! WE hope to return to No7 later this year and will book as soon as we can confirm dates Thankyou again--A.Schorah

February 2017

Another very enjoyable stay in No. 7 - very well equipped and comfortable. Excellent all round. Hope to be back soon

August 2016

We had a fabulous time. The Flat had everything that we needed and was very spacious for family of 4. Quality of fittings and equipment provided was all very nice.

August 2015

Very well appointed, lovely views, prime position & free parking! Excellent apartment for a couple or family in one of our favourite towns in Devon.

October 2014

I have stayed in both 6 and 7 Mayflower court, and exceptional standards both times, would stay again.

September 2014

This is our third visit to mayflower court and no 7 is our favourite . Thank you for a great stay in Dartmouth.

March 2014

The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The location and views were superb. We will book this again

October 2013

The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is in an ideal location, with a level walk to the shops, and wonderful views from the windows. We had a very enjoyable week, and would love to return soon.

May 2013

After the rather Dickensian Ivy Cove last year no 7 Mayflower Court was absolute luxury. It was thoughtfully equipped, beautifully decorated and furnished, superb new bathroom. I'd like to stay again next year.
